So you see what Christmas dinner should look like. Mmmm, it's a wonder why I can't lose weight. That banana pudding was depressing to cut into it was made so perfectly. But it was more perfect in my belly. If only Ethan could have some. But he still had fun chilling with great granny and playing with his toys in his "Life Is Good" hat. Enjoy them all, there are more but I'm not gonna flood you all with pictures.

Merry Belated Christmas!
And Happy Belated 19 Weeks to Ethan! Christmas was crazy! Ethan still has some presents to open, he gets tired and grumpy before he finishes opening. So the pictures aren't over yet. When he's done, I'll get a picture of him with all his toys. It was great having the whole family, even Uncle Bub was there over the webcam. Not the same thing but hey, we'll take what we can get. We love you Bub! So here's what you are all waiting for. Picture Mania! Ethan playing with his apple teething ring, 19 weeks picture, looking cute and innocent in his activity chair, and Lil' Bit protecting him while he naps. Enjoy! This is for you Auntie Andrea per your request. Lol.

4 Month Checkup!
Ethan was 16lb. 4oz. today and almost 26 inches long and the circumference of his head was almost 17 inches! He had to get more shots this time than last time which he of course was not happy about. The rest of the time he smiled and everything looked great. Yay! Just thought I would let everyone know. Take care! Less than 10 days until Christmas!

Snow?!
Yea, so Ethan already got his first snow yesterday! He caught some on his forehead. It was pretty exciting though. Maybe we will get lucky and get more! Ethan has also been eating more real food, he loves carrots and sweet potatoes. His clothes are now stained from the sweet potatoes though. It's all good. I am trying to put a video up on here of him, I know you would all enjoy that, I just have to find a way to edit the video first. That requires more spare time though which brings me to my "what I have learned being a mommy" discussion. I have learned many things that I never thought would be beneficial such as learning to multi-task, learning to do things with one hand, and memorizing "The Night Before Christmas" story. I guess the first two could be beneficial any time especially if you broke your hand but the latter really won't get me far in life I'm afraid. But it is pretty fun to read the story to Ethan and he laughs and talks back to me. That makes it worth it. Something else I should have mentioned before is that being a mom makes you cherish so much more, like your pre-baby body. Oh, how I would love to have that tummy back. Never hate your pre-baby body cause it's like a million times better than your post-baby body unless your lucky and don't get battle scars and excess fat/skin. Once again, it's worth it though. And some other things to cherish: sleep, time to eat, time to do household chores, and my favorite, showering. Today I didn't get to get my shower until almost three p.m. but when I do get it, it's the most beautiful thing ever. It's like vacation in the Bahamas or some remote island(yea, it's that good) for about ten minutes until you are brought back to reality by the screams over the baby monitor. So for those of you who don't shower daily and enjoy it, shame on you. And one more word of advice for future mothers, do not give your baby bananas until they are older, it can constipate your precious one horribly and cause them to be irritable/grumpy for days. Alright, well there will be pictures and a video later so I apologize ya'll have to read this story with no pictures. Enjoy! We love you all!
